Collection date & location are selected at the checkout. Items can be collected from Wilma's Bakery Southend-on-Sea, Wilma's Bakery Rayleigh, or Wilma's Bakery Leigh-on-Sea. Collections are from 10:30am until close at your chosen store.
How it works:
Order your ‘Design My Own Valentines Day Slab’ on our website. You will choose your flavour of your brownie or blondie and the collection time and date from our Southend store. When you arrive at the shop, our team of bakers will have baked your chosen slab ready to be decorated.
Gemma & the team will decorate your brownie in front of your eyes. You’ll choose what decorations, toppings & sprinkles you’d like on your border, and you’ll get to choose your message that’ll be piped on whilst you wait.

Choose your brownie or blondie flavour
Turn up in store at your selected date & time to design your slab & watch the magic happen!

PLEASE NOTE: our yummies are baked fresh by hand in a kitchen that uses all nuts, gluten, milk, eggs, soya & sulphur dioxide. Due to the use of these ingredients being used in our kitchen, whilst we take the utmost care to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products do not contain traces of the above mentioned allergens.
Should you wish to purchase an item for a recipient that has any allergies, please call the team before placing an order.
SPRINKLES: Please note when purchasing a Gluten Free or Vegan Cake that the sprinkles pictured may differ from those used on your cake as many sprinkles contain gluten, and these are unable to be used.
