Where are you based?
We have 3 Cake & Coffee Shops, 1 in Leigh-on-Sea, 1 in Rayleigh & 1 in Southend. Our kitchen, where we bake all our yummies, is also on site in Southend!
Do you have anything gluten free?
Yes! We always have some form of yummies on our counter that have been baked without gluten, and there's also the option for gluten free for some of our paninis. (Please note: whilst we take the utmost care to avoid cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain gluten due to the usage of this within our kitchen.)
Do you have anything vegan?
Yes! We always have some form of vegan yummies on our counter, there's also vegan options for for some of our paninis, and we offer a variety of plant based milks for our drinks. (Please note: whilst we take the utmost care to avoid cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain non-vegan ingredients due to the use of these within our kitchen.)
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we love meeting your four-legged besties! We even serve pupcakes & puppuccinos so you can make it a proper cake date!
What coffee do you use?
We use East London roasters Perky Blenders, specifically their Forest Blend.
Do I need to make a reservation, or are you walk-in only?
We operate on a first come, first serve basis, no reservations needed!
Do you have whole cakes available to buy on the day?
Very occasionally we have 'cakes to go' on our counter, but generally cakes need to be ordered in advance.

How do I place an order?
You can order online, in store, or over the phone, however you prefer!
Please note: if you are wishing to make changes to our set designs you will not be able to do this online or in store, changes must go via our office and therefore are only available for phone orders.
I've ordered a cake, how do I know when I can collect it?
Please check your confirmation email for details, but standard collection times are 10:30am-close at your chosen store.
I need a cake that is both gluten & dairy free, can I order this?
Yes, we can cater to both gluten & dairy free for pre-ordered items, however you will need to do this either in store or over the phone.
I need a last minute cake, can you help?
Cakes can be ordered up to 72 hours in advance, but if you need one in less time than this, then give us a call, and we'll see what we can do!
How long will my cake/cupcakes last?
Because we don’t use preservatives, everything is best enjoyed as fresh as possible. We recommend cupcakes, layer cakes and semi naked cakes are eaten on the day of collection. Fully covered cakes can be kept uncut in the fridge for a few days after collection. Once cut, cover your remaining cake with clingfilm, tinfoil, or a cake dome to keep it delicious and fresh!

How do I place an order?
You can order our wedding cakes online or over the phone. Unfortunately, our staff in store are not able to help with wedding cake queries.
Can you deliver?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a delivery service for our wedding cakes. These can be collected from any of our shops.
Can I order brownies or cookies for my wedding?
Yes, if you give us a call, or drop us an email we can go over options for these with you!

Who is Wilma?
Despite common belief, Wilma is neither a pet, a Flinstone's obsession, or a relative of some sort. In actual fact, it's named after the owners - WILliam + gemMA = Wilma!
