We’re a team of food loving, from scratch baking, sugary wizards originally based in Leigh on Sea, Essex. Alongside our original premises in Leigh, we now have an additional store in Rayleigh, and a kitchen in Southend.

The Journey of Wilma’s started in 2016. Creators WILliam & GemMA, along with a trailer named Cakey McCakeface attended events, food festivals, music festivals, corporate events around the UK. One trailer became two, and then two lead to Bricks and Mortar, where you’ll find Wilma’s today.

Wilma’s has even been voted as having the best cakes & cupcakes in Essex. Yay us. Now though, it’s not just Will & Gem, you’ll find one of our lovely team members, ready to serve you up a freshly baked cuppie or cookie, a perky blenders coffee, one of our amazing hot chocolates or ready to help you decide which birthday cake is perfect for your party.

We’re a friendly little bunch with a passion for delivering the yummiest of goodies, that not only taste good, but look the part too!
